Due to China’s extended holiday period, we understand you may not be able to meet all your deliveries in time.
For the orders placed between January 14th and February 10th, all complaints received due to late deliveries, or because you’re not responding to your buyers, won’t affect your reputation.
From April 6th
New reputation criteria in Chile
Due to our new criteria in Reputation for Chile, your order complaints, cancellations and mediations will not affect your reputation until April 6th.
These are the new thresholds:
» Orders with complaints
To keep reputation color green, make sure you don’t go over 4% of orders with complaints.
» Cancelled orders
To keep reputation color green, make sure you don’t go over 3% in cancelled orders. To keep your MercadoLíder medal, make sure you don’t go over 2%.
To keep your MercadoLíder medal, make sure you don’t go over 1% of orders in mediation.
We’re giving you this time so you can adjust to these changes. After that, all metrics will start affecting your reputation.
From March 10th
New reputation criteria for Mexico
Starting March 10th, the cancellation limit for sellers with green reputation will be of 3% and the limit for MercadoLíderes will be of 2%.
