How to list product variations
Does your products have different colors, sizes, etc.? Now you can list them all at once, from Excel.
If your products come in different colors, sizes, or other variations, you can now easily list them all using an Excel spreadsheet.
Here's a step-by-step guide:
Complete the listing details in a row
In the downloaded Excel spreadsheet, you will find the specific details required for each category. Fill in the necessary information in a single row.
Duplicate the row for each variation
Let's say you want to offer five types of shirts within a single listing. You need to create five identical rows with the same information.
Edit the characteristics that make your product vary
If the category supports variations, such as shirts with different colors and sizes, you will notice separate columns for each varying attribute, like color and size.
In each row you duplicated, enter a specific combination of these characteristics. For example, "Red Small" in one row and "Red Medium" in another.
Remember:
- Keep the title and all other details the same across all variations, indicating that they belong to the same listing. You can assign a unique SKU, Universal Code, and add corresponding photos for each variation.
- By following these steps, you can easily list your product variations. Using datasheets and Excel makes the process efficient and convenient!
